At Steve Hodge Mountaineering we are dedicated to delivering our courses to the highest standard achievable. Our Qualification courses, work shops and experience trips are flexible and adapted to insure a positive learning experience for all our clients.

Steve is a highly experienced, qualified, mountaineering climbing instructor who is enthusiastic and passionate about his profession which is reflected in the quality of his work. At Steve Hodge Mountaineering we utilise every opportunity to maximise the learning values for all our clients providing them with the necessary skills to gain confidence and independence.

There are a wide range of courses available from beginners to advanced in Hill Walking, fundamentals in navigation, Scrambling, Winter Mountaineering and Climbing, Rock Climbing and Indoor Climbing along with various works shops to revise or advance on skills already obtained. Refresher days in preparation for rock climbing and mountain leader assessments are also available.

Each of our courses are tailored to fit the individual needs of our clients. Our practical and productive teaching styles support the clients progression at all levels and creates a thoroughly enjoyable environment to enhance learning experiences.
