The wide range of workshops to choose from (and/or request) run throughout Ireland and Spain and include: rescues/self rescues, problem solving, navigation/night navigation, scrambling, rock climbing, lead climbing, winter skills, climbing movement and much more!

Our rock climbing refresher courses are an opportunity to build on the fundamental skills previously taught.
During this course we will cover the following:
Belaying techniques, building belays, movement skills, and personal abseiling.
Previous experience required:
Some climbing experience either indoor or outdoor.

This training workshop provides clients with a great opportunity to check in all aspects of the syllabus (group abseiling, problem solving etc)

Self Rescue For Climbers
Self Rescues for Climbers
Being able to self rescue and solve simple problems, by keeping it simple and using only what you carry on your harness is a fundamental skill to learn as a rock climber.
During this course we will cover the following:
Avoidance, rope management, tying off the belay, use of prusiks, unassisted and assisted hoists, lowering, ascending a rope, and personal abseiling.
Previous experience required:
Be lead climbing with good belaying technique.
